Christian is a mindfulness teacher and facilitator based in Los Angeles. He practices mindfulness since many years, is a Unified Mindfulness Teacher/Trainer, a member of the Mindfulness Facilitation program at the Mindfulness Awareness Research Center at the Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior – UCLA, and is a member of the International Mindfulness Teachers Association.
Due to his experience and in-depth expertise in professional tennis, as a player on the international circuit as well as a coach on all professional levels, Christian is fascinated by the combination of mindfulness and sport. He has seen the benefits of mindfulness practice on a personal level as well as in the development of his clients.
With focus on mindfulness as an integral part of sport performance, but not limited to it, Christian teaches students of all levels in private and group sessions.
