Candice’s curiosity about the nature of reality was fuelled as a teenager by French existentialist literature, and later on by Taoism and Zen buddhist philosophy. She dabbled in meditation for 42 years until committing to a formal practice in 2020 and to studies with Unified Mindfulness. Her superpower is bearing witness to the simultaneous beauty and messiness of life with compassion.
