I help people come home to their bodies and enjoy more freedom and flow in their lives.
As an Embodied Mindfulness coach, my approach is inspired by Unified Mindfulness, Trauma-Informed Yoga, and 20 years of teaching dance. I emphasize the connection between your body, mind, behavioral conditioning, and stress patterns.
Specializing in relief from anxiety and perfectionism, resilience for TBI and trauma survivors, and redesigning habits for health and happiness, I collaborate with each client to design meditation, movement, and self-care practices personalized to you.
Having studied both Computer Science and Dance at Stanford University, I bring an analytical mind and awareness of the body to my practice. I love to experiment with infusing mindfulness into the movement of my day. Some of my favorite practice times are hiking with my golden retriever and dancing Argentine Tango!
With Unified Mindfulness, I’ve had the honor of co-teaching the Compass and Pathways coach training programs, co-teaching a retreat with Shinzen, leading group coaching calls, and mentoring new coaches and practitioners.
I’d be delighted to chat with you in a free strategy session to explore how mindfulness can empower you to thrive!
