Bob Chiang is a passionate Unified Mindfulness Teacher/Trainer based in the UK. Born and raised in Singapore, Bob’s upbringing immersed him in various cultures, drawing inspiration from Hinduism, Buddhism, Taoism, and Christianity. His journey led him through Kuwait for seven years, followed by Scotland, before finally settling in Derbyshire, England. These diverse experiences instilled in him a profound connection with people from all walks of life and a deep appreciation for the richness of different cultures and backgrounds.

With an innate love for connecting with people and exploring life’s deeper aspects, Bob found his calling as a Mindfulness Teacher/Trainer. He works passionately with individuals from all walks of life, offering personalized mindfulness coaching and leading courses tailored for the corporate sector. Bob’s expertise lies in Unified Mindfulness techniques, which he finds incredibly effective in cultivating happiness and fulfillment.

In his sessions, Bob brings warmth, patience, and humor, creating a supportive environment for growth and self-discovery. He also works as an End of Life Doula, guiding and supporting individuals nearing the end of their lives and their families with dignity and grace. Bob’s passion lies in integrating mindfulness practices to help those at the end of life explore the transition they are going through, finding peace, gratitude, and light in their remaining time. By skillfully working with what they are experiencing, he aims to bring beauty, love, and joy into their lives, transforming the experience of death and dying into a positive and profound journey for both individuals and their loved ones.

 

Bob is also a passionate Tai Chi Chuan teacher and a skilled bodyworker, embodying a holistic approach to health and wellbeing.
