Tim Harrell’s professional career has been centered around IT and Software Development. Beginning in 1979 as Plant Manager for a small chemical company, Tim learned to code in order to solve problems involving inventory and manufacturing. He was connecting office PCs, laboratory, and manufacturing computers and their users through shared and networked software and resources throughout the 1980s more than a decade before it was popular. In the 40 years since, Tim’s day job has revolved around staff, management and leadership positions and consulting work in the technology sector working with client technology needs in Law Enforcement, Agriculture, and the Service Industry.
So what does any of that have to do with Mindfulness Meditation? Tim took a course in TM, a meditation technique popularized in the U.S. by The Beatles during the time he was in high school. The technique helped him improve academically and socially at the time and throughout his career.
