Mindfulness, for me, has grown out of a long-standing exploration of how we relate to ourselves, others, and the world — an exploration shaped by years of somatic practice and time spent with wild ponies and my own horses, who have taught me what it means to be still, attuned, and deeply engaged with life as it unfolds.
In addition to Unified Mindfulness, I’m trained in Organic Intelligence® and NeuroCoaching, and I bring a gentle, intuitive style to both individual and group sessions. I enjoy supporting people who are curious about exploring their inner landscape, cultivating emotional balance, and practicing mindfulness in ways that feel easeful, grounded, and alive.
Alongside my coaching work, I’m also a writer and publisher, and I know from experience how mindfulness can open up fresh pathways for creativity, clarity, and insight.
I welcome you just as you are, and I invite you to discover what a mindfulness practice might open for you.
