My name is Lisa. I have been an elementary school teacher for over 20 years and have certifications as a Yoga Instructor, Meditation Teacher, and Mindfulness Coach. Meditation, yoga, and mindfulness are healing modalities that resonate deeply with me and have had such a profound influence on my own practice towards optimal health and renewal.
In 2019 my journey of self-reflection and healing began. Through reading, studying, and practising many different forms of wellness and self-care techniques, my fascination grew along with my passion and yearning for deeper learning. The mental, emotional, and physical changes I have experienced were transformative. My capacity to be more present improved along with my ability to regulate my nervous system. I found I was able to respond versus react, face situations with equanimity, and discover more about my inner self.
