Cedric discovered meditation 15 years ago through a quest to end his personal suffering and to gain insight into the meaning of life. He has experience in many different traditions such as Zen, Unified Mindfulness, Theravada, and Advaita Vedanta. Cedric has done over 300 days on retreat and more than 7,500 formal meditation practice hours.
He enjoys guiding meditation students towards greater insight, ease, and kindness. He supports the student’s meditation practice, and encouraging kindness towards self and other. He particularly likes working with students with intense desire to transform their lives.
He teaches both one-on-one and offers free online group courses on meditation.
