Unified Mindfulness Coach

I began my journey by reading the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh in 2000 and read through the books of many of the meditation masters through the years. The teachings of Nasargadatta, Pema Chodron, and Adyashanti brought me to the point where I was ready to move deeper into the practices of meditation. Upon discovering the teachings of Shinzen Young, I knew that I had found a path that was correct for me. My 20 years of farming full time and the training I had in the Unified Mindfulness System has prepared me to guide others on how to navigate anxiety and impermanence that confronts us in our daily lives. My wife and I were the farm managers at Satchidanada Ashram in Virginia for 4 years before we purchased our own farm. The friendships I had there helped me to become the person I am today. The Unified Mindfulness instruction was the ideal meditation practice for me to become certified in and I am grateful for the opportunity to share these teachings with others.
