Andrew Lenards has been practicing mindful meditation for 10 years. He was drawn to meditation after an inability to manage work-place stress resulted in an ER visit for chest pains and panic attack-like symptoms. In the course of his practice, he has taken his passion and ability to teach others about mindful meditation so they may handle and cope with difficult and stressful situations in their lives.
Andrew is a Certified Level 2 Coach through Unified Mindfulness and has been trained in Compassion Cultivation and is currently being trained in Trauma Sensitive Mindfulness. Andrew is a life-long learner that is passionate about meditation, and he hopes to inspire the same in others.
