Andrew is an intrepid explorer of consciousness and embodiment having studied with renowned local and international teachers over the past decade.

He is an experienced meditation teacher registered with the Meditation Association of Australia, has completed training as a Cultivating Emotional Balance facilitator and is also a qualified yoga teacher. He graduated as a Unified Mindfulness L2 Coach in 2018.

Andrew’s main interests span diverse modalities including Buddhist and secular mindfulness, floatation REST (sensory deprivation), energy and sound healing as well as movement practices like yoga, martial arts, qi gong, ecstatic dance and natural movement. He identifies as poly-spiritual having spiritual teachers and friends across Tibetan, Zen and Vipassana Buddhist traditions as well as Native American shamanic traditions.

In his spare time you can find him monkeying around at the park climbing a tree, tending to his garden, dancing around the living room or curled up with a book and a cup of tea.
