People tend to call me as a peaceful, calm and empathetic person. I believe that my main life mission is to help people discover their fullest potential and use them to the best of their ability regardless of their racial, religious, ethnic, social, and professional/carrier background. Despite knowing my mission, life has thrown enough mighty whirlwinds upon me to end up living a very stressful and depressed life myself. I yearned for deeper peace, happiness and ways to fulfil my purpose.

My curiosity to understand the human mind led me to love reading psychology books which in turn helped me to land into the topic of mindfulness and meditation I started meditating since 2019 through You Tube but I was inconsistent. I met many challenges in my journey to mediation that I needed support. You tube videos could not give me that support. I started enrolling in some online meditation courses yet still I missed something.

My major transformation started when I first attended a live online UM immersion retreat for the first time in 2022. What inspired me most was the opportunity to share my meditation practice success and challenges and get the support in real time.

So, I enrolled in foundation, pathways and finally compass course. I am proud of being a certified UM trainer/teacher. Since then, my meditation practice is consistent, and it has been one of the best vehicles for me to find peace and happiness that I have been deeply yearning for so long. It also satisfies my hunger for understanding human mind with all its fears and untapped potentials. Teaching people mindfulness/meditation is something I do with passion. Seeing my life together with that of others being transformed by simple yet powerful techniques found in UM community brings me profound peace, joy and a sense of purpose in this life. in conclusion mindfulness has transformed me and continues to transform me day by day in both subtle and profound ways.
