Each section of the training will focus on one of six specific techniques.
You'll start each section with an introductory video. You'll then be led in guided meditation to explore the technique through actual practice with your own music.
Once you've completed the guided mediation, you'll return to your online dashboard for a fun, interactive quiz to reinforce what you've learned.
After the quiz, you'll move on to a Q&A portion where you'll get answers to many of the most commonly asked questions related to that technique.
Once you complete the Q&A video, you'll then proceed to another fun, interactive quiz which will further reinforce what you've learned.
