I unite my expertise in the fields of higher education and modern mindfulness to provide precise, practical, and fun learning experiences in both areas.


With 20 years of meditation experience including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), vipassana meditation, and yoga, I embarked on Unified Mindfulness teacher training after experiencing significant breakthroughs in my personal practice using Unified Mindfulness techniques.


As a mindfulness teacher, I’m known for my humor, flexibility, and willingness to work in conjunction with a range of contemplative approaches. I often refer to mindfulness meditation as a “choose your own adventure” experience and I love serving as a friendly guide for other adventurers.
