I discovered the Unified Mindfulness system when I was in the thick of grad school (and at the worst of my addiction). The techniques Feel In and Note Gone markedly shifted the way I perceived and processed my emotions, and served as the important stepping stone for me to begin addiction recovery.
At the age of 27, this program helped me not just get back my life, but to altogether DISCOVER who I am at a fundamental level (for the first time in my life). Mindfulness meditation (and this particular system) has helped me grow my career, serve as an equanimous and compassionate leader, tap into potent levels of creativity, loosen the sticky suffering of craving, aversion and ego, and come to appreciate life in a way I never knew was possible.
Life is practice, today. As a result of my mindfulness practice (on the cushion and in daily life), I feel an enduring ease, inner trust, compassion, and can dance gracefully with life’s twists and turns. I’ve come to love and embrace my authentic self more and more with each passing day, and cultivate my life’s work and service with flowing empowerment.
As a Unified Mindfulness Lead Coach, I am committed to supporting other curious beings who are interested in the power of mindfulness to relieve suffering, increase fulfillment, and live a truly vibrant, meaningful life. Thank you to UM and all beings who bring forth this unprecedented set of programs. In these challenging earthly times, UM offers a beacon of hope. A lighthouse guiding us forward with courage, heart and skill.”
